The following rental conditions apply to all customers.
1. Definitions

CLIENT: Any adult natural person who wishes to rent items offered by the LESSOR through this website.
PRODUCT: Furniture and props.
2. Purpose and Scope
These general conditions govern the information provided through the LESSOR’s online store and guide the user through the product rental process. Browsing or renting from the online store implies full acceptance of these terms, legal notice, privacy policy, and cookies policy. Contracting is conducted in Spanish.
Identification of the Parties
The LESSOR is identified as above. The CLIENT provides their own data and is solely responsible for its truthfulness. Any false data provided will be the CLIENT’s responsibility and may result in damages.
3. Service Conditions
All commercial terms will be published on the website and may be printed or saved. The LESSOR may amend these terms without prior notice. The CLIENT may be asked to accept additional terms. In the event of conflict, specific conditions prevail over general ones.
4. Responsibilities
The LESSOR is not responsible for access failures or interruptions due to natural disasters, force majeure, or third parties. The LESSOR ensures the accuracy of product data unless altered by unauthorized third parties. Product images are illustrative; actual product colors may vary depending on user screen settings.
5. Contract Validity
Contracts made electronically are legally valid under Article 23 of Spanish Law 34/2002. A contract is considered valid when the CLIENT confirms their acceptance. The LESSOR will store and send a copy of the contract upon order confirmation.
Rental Procedure
- Product Selection: Add products to cart or visit our warehouses near Madrid. Appointments via email.
2. Enter Data: Provide project and contact info.
3. Verification: Our sales team checks availability and sends a quote. Pricing is by week.
4. Confirmation and Payment: Confirm items via email and pay deposit. Cancellations incur a 30% fee.
5. Loading/Unloading: Must be done by insured professionals. Minimum two people required. Transport must meet hygiene standards.
6. Return: Items are inspected upon return. Damages or losses must be paid. Items must be returned clean or a cleaning fee applies.
Contract Validity
Following the online rental procedure implies acceptance of these terms. The contract is perfected upon CLIENT’s confirmation and signature of the order sent by email.
6. Guarantees
Products are considered compliant if they match the description, are suitable for intended use, and are of expected quality. Unique handmade items may vary and are not considered defects.
7. Copyright
The LESSOR rents furniture and props and does not own intellectual property rights to the items. The CLIENT is responsible for managing any related rights if necessary.
8. Severability
If any clause is deemed invalid, it will not affect the rest. The parties agree to renegotiate the invalid clauses.
Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Contracts are governed by Spanish law. Disputes will be subject to the courts of Toledo.
