rental process

1
first contact

The fastest and easiest way to make an inquiry is through our website. Explore our categories and collections, and filter by keyword. Add any items you’re interested in to an inquiry, enter the rental dates, production company details, project name, production designer, set decorator, or the person responsible for the selection and management — such as set dresser, stage manager, or props master — and then click send. As we are constantly adding new items to our stock, it’s difficult to keep everything updated on the website. For this reason, we always recommend visiting our warehouses and speaking with our sales team about your search needs. If you have any questions, give us a call — we’ll be happy to help.

2
consult our sales team

Once submitted, your inquiry will be handled by our sales team, who will check the availability of the items for the requested rental dates and send you a quote. Please note that our rental prices are based on weekly multiples.

3
visit us

Visit our warehouses — over 9,000 m² — just 45 minutes from Madrid, in Valmojado, at Kilometer 40 of the N-5. We have a vast and varied collection of props, so extensive that it’s impossible to list and display everything on our website. Call us or send an email to info@set-services.com to schedule your visit.

4
place your order

Contact your sales advisor to let them know which items you’d like to reserve. To confirm a rental, and before items can be collected, a deposit must be paid. The client must check the condition of the items and approve them before pick-up. Once the order is confirmed, cancellations will incur a 30% charge to cover preparation and packaging services. Rentals are payable within 30 days from the invoice date.

5
loading and unloading

Loading and unloading must be carried out by qualified professionals hired by the production company or renting party, and registered with Social Security. At least two people are required, with the number of people adjusted to the volume and needs of the load. Transportation must be equipped with the necessary space and tools to ensure safe loading, transport, and unloading. Personnel must follow appropriate hygiene standards to prevent any potential health issues.

6
copyright

Set Services is a furniture and props rental warehouse. We do not hold any ownership of the rights to the items in our inventory and therefore cannot be held liable for potential claims from the authors, designers, or copyright holders of items rented by the client. It is the client’s responsibility to manage any required rights if necessary. We do have a selection of royalty-free artwork available — feel free to consult our sales team.

7
returning the items

Upon returning the items to our warehouse, Set Services will assess the condition of all products. If an item is deemed irreparably damaged, the client will be charged the ACTUAL VALUE of that item. In case of damage, the cost of repairs will be charged. In case of loss, the ACTUAL VALUE will also be charged. All materials, furniture, and props must be returned clean. Otherwise, a cleaning fee will be invoiced.
